If It Is Without Malice.....
Let's say....A said something not true about B and let the public knows about it. And then B sued A in the court. Suddenly A withdrawn the statement and said he got wrong information at that time and this makes B withdrawn the charges against A. A did not offer any apology since he said he got the wrong information. What he said or written was without malice.
Senang nya kalau macam tu. A went off scott free. Will he learn his lesson in the future? For a person who is so optimistic like me, my answer is A will never learn his lesson. A is a person who like to expose aib orang. Put his writings in the media for everyone to read. If it is without malice, he can just talk about it with his wife ... No one else will know. Why the need to put it on the social media..if not for everyone to read and to shame these people. What are we teaching our future generations?
Next time check your facts, A. B is certainly a much better person than you. If you keep on doing this, one day everybody will not believe you. It is just like you telling lies ... You are just like the boy who cries wolf. Except.....you are not a boy. You are not half a man, even.

Apa Kaitan Tidak Bayar Saman Dengan Kemalangan - Harakah
I am trying to make sense what was written in the Harakah today. You see I am one of those who read everything available in the medias. The writer wrote that the police are trying to make life difficult for Malaysians by asking these (1.7 million) blacklisted drivers to pay their summons. Not paying their summons have no connection with the accidents.
I beg to differ. Those who do not pay their summons are wrongdoers where traffic problems were concerned. I bet that these drivers are repeated offenders. To make them pay the summons otherwise they will be barred from driving is the only thing that make sense. When it hurts your pockets you will think hundred times before you commit a traffic offense. Please think again before saying that the government is making life difficult for them. It is they who make life difficult for themselves. If you let these offenders on the road, who knows how many lives will be hurt by them? Those who lost their parents, children, siblings and limbs because of their recklessness.
We should be pitying the victims instead of traffic offenders. Let the police do their job. Let the offenders pay for their crimes. To lose ones right to drive on the road is nothing compared to the sufferings inflicted by accidents victims caused by them. If hukum islam is taken into consideration, if these drivers were the cause of someone losing their their body parts, these victims can ask for the body parts of the offenders to be cut/remove. So losing their right to drive is no punishment at all . It is only an inconvenience .

Egypt
What happened in Egypt should never had happened. Hundreds of lives were lost. Innocent civilians were killed outright by the army. Looks like civil war is going to happen soon in Egypt. All because of political differences. I did write before in one of my blogs that it is the politicians who are the terrorists...how true..it happened in Egypt in the name of the army.
Should Malaysia cut the diplomatic ties with the present government? What will happen to the thousands of Malaysian students if we cut the diplomatic ties with Egypt? Where are they going to turn to for help? What will happen to their studies? Will they be able to continue their studies elsewhere if the worst is to happen? Can Malaysian universities absorb thousands of extra students?
It is easier to cut ties but the implications of cutting the ties should be looked into seriously. Once we sever the ties can we expect Egypt to accept us again when everything is well once again? Does Turkey cut ties with Egypt due to this bloodshed? I certainly condemn the army for doing this to the civilians. That's all that I can do...to condemn ..but the Egyptians have to rise again for their country. There's nothing much the foreigners can do to help them except to sympathise with them. Those who speak so loudly against Malaysian government for not making a stand, would you be willing to carry guns for the Egyptians? I salute you if the answer is yes!
Egypt has undergone this turmoil before , I think. Those days during Anwar Sadat. I am not familiar with the Egyptian history. The Egyptians will rise again for their country. It will take time and ....blood.

Bring Those Laws Back
Who repeal the EO? (Emergency Ordinance)... Who now complained about the increase in shootings? 2600 criminals were let out, and around 20 shootouts took place..that means less than 1% shootings took place. Then again the shootings or gunning down that took place were mostly among gang members...what does that means?
I am trying to make sense of what is happening around me..Am I scared of the current situation? You bet I am. I am afraid for my children and the future generations..Bring the laws back again. Those who repeal for the laws were not the majority Malaysians.. They are the politicians who were desperate for votes. Why blame the police now when they were the ones who repeal the laws? Why aren't they patrolling the neighbourhoods when they are the ones who repealed the laws? They always blamed others but never themselves. Do you think I am that stupid? To accept everything they did was right?
All I can say is that those people who repealed the laws never thought through what they did. They are not proactive in their thinking. They only think for that moment never never the consequences of their action. They fight for the rights of the criminals but never the rights of the ordinary people on the streets. And now they blamed the police for their HUGE HUGE mistakes. They have the guts to ask where the guns come from. You are talking about criminals here...They know where to find the guns, s*****, or are you so s*****, that you can't even think of that???
Bring all those laws back again. We, the ordinary Malaysians need them. Of course those who repealed the laws are the ones who wants to break all kinds of laws against them. What more can I say....
