Why Anwar Ibrahim is NOT a Prime Minister material

I am glad that Anas Zubedy wrote in his blog on the above matter. He is a well known figure and his writings will carry more weight than mine. I am just a housewife who is trying to make sense of what is happening around me. Anwar Ibrahim..a very charasmatic leader who lost it all years ago. He had tasted the sweet taste of power and he is not able to let it go. It is like an addiction to him. POWER...that can bring wealth and everything else along with it.

Here are some reasons why he cannot be the Malaysian Prime Minister.

1. He is an ex convict. He was jailed for abuse of power. He was the Deputy Prime Minister, a very powerful position. If as a deputy, he can abuse his power..what more as the Prime Minister. Go figure.

2. He speaks badly of Malaysia to the world. It is just not accepatable. How can you talk like that and at the same time you want to be the Prime Minister. You make Malaysia look bad in the eyes of the world and yet you want to be a Prime Minister. When things are against you, everything is bad about the government. You are the only good one. You should be ' you and the malaysians against the world' if you want to be the Prime Minister. Be like Fidel Castro.

3. He is a man of no principle. A quality needed to be a prime minister that he does not have. A man of many faces. A different man to a different crowd. A different promise to a different crowd. Watch all the videos then you will know what I mean. He can surely talk. That's what he does, talk, and talk and talk but without any substance. He can just retract anything to suit his whims and fancies. When the tough gets going.....cabut overseas for rakyat to bear the consequences

4. A man of questionable morality. A prime minister needs to be seen to be clean. He does not. A lot of questions were left unanswered. A simple yes or no becomes so complicated that the rakyats were made confused. Even in his trial, he didn't answer simple questions and yet blamed the government on conspiracy theory. The conspiracy theories has become his trademark. Watch all his press conferences...kalau you cakap I saman you. A dictator in the making. Where have all the freedom of media/speech gone to and all the transparency gone to. If he is bisexual as some people thought him to be, the more he should not be the prime minister since he is tergolong dari orangorang yang dilaknati Allah. Enough said.

5. A man who did not fulfill his promises. A manifestoes is not a promise. So should we trust a man like that? A man who can promise the stars and the moon but can't even fulfilled a simple promise to provide water to the rakyats. I was one of the rakyats who have to carry water for almost a week. A rakyat who has backpain and nobody to help carry water for her except for her two year old granddaughter.

These five main reasons are good enough not to let Anwar Ibrahim becomes the prime minister. Other reasons being suka street politics, a person who wants power so much like him should not be given that power less he will abuse it.

Dakwat Kekal yg dikatakan Tidak Kekal

Mine lasted for more than seven days. Of course I took my bath, wash plates, bathed my granddaughter etc...normal household chores. I even laughed at one video showing the finger raw from scrubbing while the rest of the fingers are looking normally good.

Kalau selepas mengundi kita tak basuh tangan, takkan dakwat tu nak hilang. Like SPR said, it was one of the measures but the most important thing was the electoral list.

Sebenarnya semua ini bergantung kepada niat kita. Kalau nawaitu kita nak mengundi, the dakwat is ok. Good enough if it lasted for one day. Siapa nak tahu apa yang kita guna since we were doing it just to prove SPR is guilty as charged. Mana kit nak tahu the number of days that have lapsed before the cleaned finger was shown in the pictures.

Manusia manusia....mereka akan buat buat apa saja just to prove a point. Yang pelik lagi ajaibnya cuma penyokong penyokong PR yang buat...what about penyokong BN?....takkan penyokong BN tak basuh tangan kot? What about penyokong independents? Mereka yang kalah teruk sampai hilang deposit..tak de pun dengar mereka complained pasal dakwat...Fikirlah yang nak dakwat PR, yang complained dakwat PR...buatlah apa saja, dah niat diaorang nak burukkan SPR..belum undi lagi mereka dah question about the indelible ink...kalau saya layan mereka boleh naik darah tinggi. Jadi buatlah apa apa pun...all I care is the electoral list. That's the only thing that make sense to me.

Adam Adli and Hishamudin Rais

In the end, Adam will be just like Hishamudin....fighting for who knows what on the political stage. Another brilliant mind goes to waste. I don't blame him...he is fighting for his principle but not for the whole Malaysian population. The rights of those who voted for the BN government.

I don't want our country to fall into a big mess just for the ambition of one person. Rasullullah saw bersabda 'HaiAbdul Rahman, janganlah kamu meminta pangkat kedudukan!

So all these people who wanted so much to helm the government...Allah will never help you and the thing you want most will be a burden to you. You may think you are good enough...but Allah knows best.

Stop the street demonstrations. Think of the masses...those who want to move on, to work in peace and quiet. I know you have nothing else to do. Get a job..a real job like everyone else. Then perhaps none of you will end up old and grumpy not getting what you want in this life. Has none of you ever thought that by not getting what you want, it might be the best thing that Allah has done for you? You might not be the great leader that you thought you areafter all ,instead you might be the worst leader in Malaysian history. If you really have faith in Allah, you won't go around making noise but instead you must muhasabah...reflect...why Allah never choose you ....why Allah chose someone else?

I really hope that the path taken by Adam will end well. I don't want him to end like Hishamudin and even his idol, Anwar Ibrahim...a bitter old man.

Read and read and read

Read and read and read all the newspapers, articles , blogs or whatever you can read on. Scrutinize and question the articles yourselves. Have an open mind. You can't go wrong ....form your own opinions don't based them on others. Then only....you will know what's written might not allhave been  true.

It's the little little things that make you question yourselves. Bahasa yang tersurat dan yang tersirat. It's all there for you to read. Don't read the headlines, read everything...don't start after you have already formed an opinion. Then you are biased. Being biased is terrible since anything you read doesn't matter anymore. You already made judgement..

It's just like being a jury in a court case. Question at every angle. When there is a benefit of the doubt then you know you are being just and fair. When there is no doubts at all, you are being just and fair too. Continue reading all materials, pros and cons...questioning yourselves and all. Believe me you will come out...refreshed!!

What happened years ago between these two political parties should not form a barrier between them. The young people prefers to move forward in the betterment of Ummah. But the senior members prefers to dwell in old matters. As long as you still harp on what had happened nothing good will help the Muslims. Policies were made to help the rakyats, personal views or personal vendetta should not be the main reason for the Ummah not to unite. Like Dr. Zakir Naik always say, what am I going to answer when Allah question me.... What is Nik Aziz going to answer? That Umno cannot be trusted like years ago? But what about now? Are they the same leaders? Like my son Imran always say...Dunia dah berubah...dah semakin maju...takkan kita masih di takok lama.

Is Nik Aziz still wants to say to Allah...saya akan meludah muka mereka?   I was not aware of what had happened years ago. Nik Aziz is as old as my late father. The youngs want some closure but the old does not. Kalau keras kepala, tak mahu beralah, susahlah. Kita sama2 seagama, sama2 mengucap dua kalimah syahadah. In Islam, we are brothers...Nik Aziz wants UMNO tolak kebangsaan. I have no problem meletakkan Islam sebagai teratas but it would be better if we do all of it serentak...Islam , Melayu dan Kebangsaan. Sebab makna Melayu pun, sesiapa yang beragama Islam.

As for Hudud, I have no problem with it. Orang yang tak nak Hudud biasanya orang yang prone buat salah. It is not easy to convict criminals with Hudud since we need 4 witnesses. But surely there must be such thing as DNA evidence and the like so in all fairness to the victims and to the accused too.

If all doors are closed to all possibilities of uniting the Ummah, then we are all here to see that our Prophet Nabi Muhammad saw's doa really happening as the world is close to its end.

Perlembagaan Tanah Melayu

I watched the talk given by a former judge on the above. It was eye opening. I never knew that the Malays were denied a lot of things in order to please the non malays. In the constitution, nothing is mentioned about the chinese and the indians. Malays being a generous lot, let them get their way especially where education is concerned.

According to the constitution, there is no mention of vernacular schools..none, nothing at all. The rights of Malays where Malay Reserved lands are concerned is so refreshing. The Agong and the sultans have every right to proclaim any land as Malay Reserved land. In my last article, I did mention about converting government land into Malay Reserve...and it is provided for in our constitution. Every Malay should listen to this ex judge. He is so knowledgeable...of course since he is a judge. He is not being a racist liked what Anwar Ibrahim claimed. He is talking about the rights of a Malay according to the constitution. To say that he is worst than KKK is mind boggling. He doesn't go around killing people. To say Adolf Hitler is proud of him is a complement to say the least.

He is just telling the Malays what has already being stated in the constitution for more than 56 years. The things that are being agreed by all the races all this while. Only Anwar was making a racist remark about it. He is asking the Malays not accepting bribes. If no Malays accept bribery than bribery will die a natural death.

Come on..google and find out more about the Malay rights.

Cronyism

It should not be an issue pun.
Macam kita pilih ahli persatuan kat sekolah.

And you can just imagine the chaos they will make. Segala kerja tak boleh buat. It is worst than having won a simple majority. And nowhere in this world that the head of opposition be given the ministerial title. Tell me did the Americans do it? The British do it? Sometimes I wonder...are they so stupid or what? Ingat kerja mentadbir negara ni kerja main2 ke?

Do I agree with cronyism? Why not if they can do a good job. Pasal rasuah...it depends on the integrity of a person.

It's all up to us. Kita yang menentukan nasib kita sendiri

Tsunami

Tsunami China ke, tsunami Melayu ke, tsunami Malaysia ke.....the tsunami is over. Tsunami jarang2 berlaku, the last big tsunami was like ages ago. It hit Acheh in North Sumatera, India , Thailand and also Malaysia. Many died.

Normally when tsunami occured the casualties are always high. Everybody sufferred. No one is spared. So to equate GE13 with tsunami...I think it is too far fetched. Did the Chinese suffer? Did the Indian suffer? Did the Malay suffer? I do not think so. ...Yang suffer rakyat sebab takut keluar rumah sebab traffic jams due to perhimpunan haram. These are real victims of the political tsunami.

This Ge13 saw tsunami. Hopefully in GE14 it will be quiet...so quiet that it is a bliss. Why? Sebab rakyat malas nak pergi undi. Baik duduk rumah tengok Ironman 5 ke, superman vs Batman ke, etc etc. I wonder what will happen when nobody votes...nobody wins...Agaknya Anwar Ibrahim nak buat apa ye?

A Must Revamp Malaysian Education System

I wish the minister of education reads my blog. I don't have any followers but I feel some of my ideas work if not now maybe in the future.

Talking about education, the topic which is very close to my heart and I am sure to every parent. How to make all races in Malaysia united? I believe the language is the answer. Not just Bahasa Melayu but also Mandarin and Tamil. The Malays are proud of their BM, so are the Chinese and the Indians.
But our education system are what I consider NOT multilingual and therefore does not contribute to racial unification

We have the national schools, chinese schools and the tamil schools. Our children only learn their mother tounges . Lets keep English out of this first. Why not our school offers Mandarin and Tamil to all students. Make it compulsory for each student to take at least one extra language besides BM. As it is, the Malays only know BM but the chinese know BM and Mandarin, and the indians know BM and Tamil. The Malays lose out on this.

If our students takes another language, at least the Malays knows BM and Mandarin or Tamil, the Chinese knows BM and Mandarin or Tamil. And the Indians knows BM and Mandarin or Tamil. This scenario can materialised if we change the present national school curricular. Our students become not only bilingual but multilingual with English on the side. It is easier to teach them while they are still young like in kindergarten. By the time they finish high school....they will at least able to read newspapers of different language. Then perhaps all newspapers will be more careful of what they writes.

As for BM, the education department has to standardized it. Make it the same for all schools..no exception. Otherwise the national school students are marginalized since they have to take a tougher BM paper. And the Chinese feel they are marginalized because the government does not recognize their UEC for local universities. But the fact remains that to enter the local universities you must at least have a credit for your SPM papers. As it is the UEC BM paper is a lot easier than SPM BM papers. Standardized BM so no students can complain if they are not accepted to local universities.
Every student sits for the same paper. This way they are all on the same playing field.

We must do this. No question about it. When our students can converse in each others language...naturally they can easily become friends. With the present school system, the racial divides is the eventuality. If we go for this system, Malays will not have to send their children to chinese school to learn Mandarin.

Other than language, all students should go for moral studies or civic classes. The education department can include those lessons on ethic, bribery etc. Make books like Bimbingan Muslim, confucious studies etc as references for the moral or civic classes. Teach the children from kindergarten not to throw rubbish everywhere. Parents have to help in this to make our children whole in terms of moral. Kalau nak melentur buluh biarlah dari rebung.

I have no doubt that when all this replace the present system, no rakyat will feel that they are marginalized. Everybody takes the same papers so only the deserving can enter the university. Not because you are a Malay, Chinese or Indian. It is because you fill the requirement.

Cukup Cukup Sudah

Cukuplah...dah tak larat dah ....tak kan nak berkempen lagi? PRU dah over, done with. Kalau tak terima keputusan SPR, beri bukti, failkan kes kemahkamah. Tak payah berhimpun. Malu kat orang. Nampak sangat nak kuasa. If it is not meant to be yours, buatlah macam mana, it is still not yours.
Kenapa nak haru birukan negara?

But not now. Betul, kalau ikut popular vote PR menang. Tapi negara kita mengamalkan system demokrasi yg membuat electoral division (correct me if I'm wrong) mcm USA. Kalau undi bahagian kita kalah, kalah lah jawabnya. Next time, pergi lah jengok kampong2 pula, mungkin boleh menang.

I am not worried about BN akujanji...tapi nak tengok manifesto PR samada di laksanakan. It may seem remeh but for an old lady with only a 2 year old granddaughter at home.... Macam mana nak angkat air?

Harga kereta naik ke turun ke no hal, PTPTN dihapuskan no hal, tapi air yg mustahak. It is a basic necessity.

Sakit pinggang saya keluar jalan2 KL pun dah tak tahan. Pada hal dia tua lagi. Boleh share tak ubat apa yg dimakan?

So to all of you out there...accept the choice made by Malaysians. See ya in the next 5 years. In sya Allah. In the meantime kenalah tutup buku dulu kalau tidak bila dah sampai PRU 14, dah tak ada steam, rakyat dah bosan, asyik2 benda yg sama, SPR kotor, pengundi hantu. If you play your cards right mungkin boleh menang.

Kadang2 terfikir juga..kenapa Anwar Ibrahim tak menang. He was so close and yet so far. Ini tentu menyakitkan hati. Adakah sumpah laknat Saiful dah mendatangkan tempias kepadanya? Hanya Allah yang Maha Mengetahui.

It Just doesn't Make Sense

PM Najib has sworn in as the Prime Minister. So are a number of other heads of states. The rakyats have moved on with their lives under the new government.

So it just doesn't make sense to me when Anwar Ibrahim did not recognized this government due to his allegations and yet sent his wife for Lim Guan Eng's swearing in function. When you sent someone as your representative, it means you agree with the outcome of the election. Just because you lose the federal government you did not recognize the BN government. Pening kepala fikirkan telatah dia ni. Kalau dia menang okay kalau tak menang tak okay.

Rakyats have decided. It is not easy to cheat in Malaysian election. Nak Dakwat dah bagi dakwat. Dapat dakwat silap SPR. Nak clean electorate list dah bagi. Dapat list banyak pula pengundi hantu.
Penyokong pula buat policing work macam tak ada rules dalam this country. To these people, buatlah apa pun. Bila buat damn you bila tak buat damn you. There is no way you are right. The best way is pekakkan telinga. Masuk telinga kanan keluar telinga kiri.

Apabila kita dah buat everything to the best of our ability, rest assured Allah akan bersama kita. Kalau kita silap sikit minta maaf kerana we are only human and can do as much. Biarlah Si Luncai terjun dengan labi labi nya.

Janganlah berdendam sangat.

Tak mengapalah kalau tak jadi PM, jadi ketua pembangkang pun jadilah. Jadilah apa2pun asalkan  diri kita berhemah. Sama2 lah kita membangunkan negara kita walau kita berbeza pendapat. Yang mustahak bukan kita tetapi Malaysia yang tercinta.

What Next

The election is over and BN has won with a simple majority. So what next? All the pengundi hantu have gone home..i supposed the graveyards are quite now.

Clearly the chinese votes have gone to the DAP. The urbanites who are mostly chinese have made clear that they go for DAP and not BN. Despite everything that has been done to appease them, nothing pleases them better than to govern Malaysia. They already have money, economies etc. Now they want the governing power. It may sound racist but this is a fact. A fact that Malays has to live with. The chinese has been very well taken care of during the last 4 years.

So what next? It's time the well being of Malays are looked after. We are the majority that voted for BN to power. We are the ones that believe this BN government is the best government for all Malaysians.

Here are some suggestions for the present government to think about...

Make it automatic for those who have reached 21 to be a registered voter
Develop the suburbs and not concentrate on the cities
Develop the rural areas especially Sarawak and Sabah
Make sure the basic necessities is enjoyed by all Malaysians
Make sure all students in the national schools (primary and secondary) takes up Mandarin as a compulsory subjects and Tamil as an elective subjects.
Make sure Bahasa Melayu is standardised in all schools (both national and vernacular) . No exception
Include lessons on bribery in moral studies and agama
Make sure we impart knowledge on ethics, civic consciousness all the way throughout student education years.
Convert part of government land as malay reserves so malays can buy those lands.
Develop tanah wakaf as commercial areas for the muslims so more funds can be generated. This must be done as soon as possible. Form a royal commission on this.
Scholarships for all Malays who score all As to study abroad. Most will always feel the gratitude to the government. Those who scores well, finance their education in local universities. We have to do this like we did during the 70s.

So what next? We have to transform ourselves mostly so that GE14 will be on our side.

Malaysian had Decided

The Malaysians had decided that BN should be our next government. Alhamdulillah, syukur kepada Allah. My family and I had done our responsibility. But the Chinese tsunami took place. Despite them being given everything....almost everything that they want. The MCA lost almost every seat ...worst than the last election.

Will there be streets demonstrations? I bet ya. In the short term the PR might benefit from this but in the long run? Malaysians will view negatively on them.

So what next? Reconciliate...that's our PM advice. The Chinese are the ones who are going to lose a lot since there will be no representation from them. But then they already have almost everything. Najib must do something to appease the Malays who voted for him. It may sound racist but I voted for a Chinese, there's nothing racist about it. The Malays must realise that we are losing our politicalstrength  and yet we are not where we are supposed to be after 56 years of independence.

Sadly when there is a Malay who made it, the other Malays critised him for making it big. Tell me, how many malays are there in the richest person list in Malaysia? Can't we be pleased for him? Why create unnecessary sentiments to other races as if all the richest people are Malay?

Malaysia is at a cross road...of becoming a matured country..where there will be a two parties system.  It is good but at the same time disturbing since the Chinese vote only for the opposition. There's no racial balance at all.

The election has ended. To those who win, there is a tough road ahead, so be careful and all the good luck to you. Be fair to all of us. To those who lost, don't be a sore loser..you cannot build Malaysia in one day. To me the election is fair, the SPR has tried to satisfy all your want. What more can you ask ...the result shows itself..only a simple majority.

Set our differences aside..it's time to move on and build our country to its greatest heights. After all we are all Malaysians

No more politicking for the next 5 years. We have had enough. Enough said

Ask not

Ask not what your government can do for you.....ask what you can do for your government. In a way I have tried to do this from the time I attended a leadership course during my university days. I became a housewife after 2 years of working in the private sector. I was a JPA scholar and at that time we were not asked to pay back even if we do not work with the government. There were around 2,000 students during my time and now the university has more than 20,000 students.

You may say that there is nothing much I can do for the government...you are right. But I believe that by raising my five children well, at least they do not become a nuisance to us and at least not to the government too. We tried to finance our children's education ourselves, not resorting to scholarships when our children studied locally. When my children complained that their friends have a lot of money from the scholarship, we told them that they are free to work with any organizations when they graduate. To us, the government does not owe us anything. It makes us independent and resilient. I want my children to make it on their own.

Our government may have their faults but for the last four years it has tried its best to rectify it. If we can give another chance to our loved ones why can't we do the same to our government. Why not transform the thing that we already have than to have another government that we are not sure of who can bring our Malaysia to another level.

Remember, the politicians runs the government. In their haste to win the parliament, the political parties put up any Tom, Dick and Harry  ( fruit seller, hospital attendants etc) in their parties. Not that I say they cannot perform ( people can change) but to put these unqualified people as ministers....I wonder......Politicians can talk but can they do the actual jobs? There are politicians who underperformed when they work in work organizations...Do we expect them to perform in the government??  If they have lost a lot of money for their companies...what are the chances when they run the government when there is a lot of taxpayers money around? These politicians should ask themselves whether they are qualified to run a country.

The way I see it, they have their own interest at heart not the rakyats' interest. I dare not think what will happen when these people take over the government. They will change the top brass of all the GLCs...who are they going to put in replace? The Abrar people who have lost hundreds of millions until Abrar Finance worth only RM1??? Why replace these people when they have done a good job of running these companies?? So that they can have a free hand to the monies? Remember these new people never taste power before...when they have power, can you imagine what they will do? We have seen some of them have collected untold wealth during their five years governing certain states....can you imagine the untold damage Malaysia will have if this thing happens?

Can you imagine a fruit seller becomes the head of Petronas? A shopkeeper becomes Minister ofInternational  Trade? A failed financier becomes the governor of Bank Negara? Do they have enough qualified people to run the GLCs. As it is , in the four states that they govern, to fill in certain positions is already a headache for them.

When they say change....they mean the people..but when I say change, I mean change the systems...Transform is a better word.

I am just a housewife but at this time my Malaysia needs me the most. This is all I can do for Malaysia. My one and only vote.

My Garden

So far we have had one cantaloupe, two pomegranate, one anona (very sweet and of a good size), one bitter gourd and a lot of mulberries from my garden. My lemon trees have grown tall, one is even taller than I am. Oh yes we have a lot of calamansi limes.

Other trees that are growing well are avocadoes, jackfruit, passionfruits, mango, cashew, soursop, persimmon, and my buah berangan ( I just couldn't remember the english name for it). 0oh it's the chestnuts. I hope to transplant them in my orchard soon. I have not cleared the land yet. Hopefully I can do that before the year ends. I have been trying to get the fig trees or at least the cuttings for my orchard. They are still in the experimental stage in Malaysia. Will try the ebay.

Kenyataan Bapa Saiful

I believe, Malaysians are sensible people . The statement made by Saiful's father should not be taken seriously by us. Both statements, before he joined PKR and after he quit from PKR are irrelevant. He is a father of the victim not the victim himself. He can retract his statements at any time.

The most important statement is Saiful's. he is the victim. So his statement is more important than anyone's elses. He has been very consistent all this while. I am really surprised that at his age he is not easily swayed. He stood by his statement. He is such a strong person and so resilient. Two characteristics that are hard to find in young people nowadays.

Saiful's statement that brought Anwar to court. Anwar was aquitted due to technicalities but the judges believed that the event did take place. Saiful's statement matters not anyone else's. not even his father's.

NFC versus PMBK

With the news that Nik Aziz has a lot of land in Kota Baru made me wonder aloud....what's the difference between Nik Aziz and Dr. Saleh? One bought land under his name using PMBK money and the other bought condominiums with NFC money.

NFC money is the loan that Dr. Saleh took from the government. A loan. Did Nik Aziz took a loan from PMBK to buy the land? He was said to be a trustee for PMBK. What if PAS lose in the next GE? Will he revert the land to the next government? Does he have a side agreement with PMBK that says he is only a trustee? Why only his name and not a combination of names to prevent abuse of power? Like signing of cheques where 2 or more directors have to sign on the cheques to prevent a lot of mismanagement. To me, making a single name is a very bad decision making on the part of PMBK. What happens when Nik Aziz dies?

Dr. Saleh made a bad decision when purchasing the condos...perhaps he didn't get good advice from his legal advisors by not having a side agreement being a trustee for his company. He and his family paid a heavy price for not doing it the right way.

Let's just hope that Nik Aziz has an agreement with PMBK saying he is a trustee  otherwise he is worst than Dr. Saleh...using public fund for personal use. At least Dr.Saleh is paying for the loans. PAS ....please provide all the necessary documents to clear Nik Aziz of all the mess. Don't just say he is a trustee ....show proof.
