Retirement

I have so much time in my hand now that my husband has retired from his job. He took over the driver's job [my former job] and since he likes to dust , he took over that too. After working for more than 30 years, he's all mine for now. But I wonder how long it will last. You see, my husband likes to work..literally. He's not only workaholic but he loves to work. So after a while [ 2 months exactly], he started to apply for other jobs.

But in Malaysia, it is not easy to get another job when you are above the age of 50. So he's applying for jobs abroad. There are so many of them. Hopefully he will get one soon. I love having him around the house since I do not have to drive to and fro to school, tuition etc.. But he misses work so much [ I can tell, after all I've been his wife for 28 years].

So now, we decided to call the computer room his office. He spent most of the morning there without any interruptions. This is where he marked all my children's workbooks, browse the net and even watch the stockmarket. The only difference is that he is wearing tshirt and kain pelikat instead of a shirt and a tie!!
